   By participating in any classes, programs, or services provided by Creative Yoga by Kusum, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants of the classes and any associated services.
2. Health and Safety
   Participants are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or wellness program. By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in yoga practice. You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before or during class. You are responsible for practicing within your own limits.
3. Liability
   Creative Yoga by Kusum and Kusum Agarwal are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise from participation in yoga classes or related activities. Participants are responsible for their actions during the class and must follow safety instructions provided by the instructor.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
   Bookings for classes must be made in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of the session. In case of an emergency, exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion.
5. Payment
   All payments for classes, workshops, and packages are due in full at the time of booking or as per the payment terms outlined. Creative Yoga by Kusum reserves the right to refuse entry to any class if payment has not been received.
6. Class Schedule and Changes
   While Creative Yoga by Kusum strives to maintain a consistent schedule, classes, times, and instructors may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
7. Code of Conduct
   Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward the instructor and fellow students at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class or program without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
   All materials, class content, and intellectual property provided by Creative Yoga by Kusum are protected by copyright laws. No part of the class content or materials may be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from Kusum Agarwal.
9. Privacy Policy
   Creative Yoga by Kusum is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for class registration and communication purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
10. Amendments
    Creative Yoga by Kusum reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in classes after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
