Return & Refund Policy

At Creative Yoga by Kusum, we strive to provide high-quality yoga classes and services to all of our participants. However, please note that we do not offer any refunds for payments made for classes, workshops, or any other services.

By booking and paying for our classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds
   Once a payment is made for a class, workshop, or program, it is non-refundable. This includes any cancellations, missed classes, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the class begins. While we do not offer refunds, we may allow you to reschedule the class at our discretion, depending on availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class may result in the loss of the session.
3. Class Packages
   For those who purchase class packages or memberships, the same no-refund policy applies. These packages are for the designated number of sessions and must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over beyond the designated time.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
   In cases of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), we may consider rescheduling or providing alternative options. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to contact us to discuss any special circumstances, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

By participating in Creative Yoga by Kusum services, you agree to these terms and understand that all payments made are final and non-refundable.
